These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including all inquiries, quotations, orders, and purchases of products from us. By engaging with us to purchase products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Products and Orders
Product Information: We strive to ensure that product descriptions and specifications are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all descriptions, photographs, or other content are entirely error-free.
Pricing: All prices are quoted in [AED/USD – specify currency] and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices do not include VAT, shipping, customs duties, or other applicable taxes, which will be added to the total invoice amount.
Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. A quotation provided by us is not a binding offer. A contract between us is only formed when we issue a written order confirmation.
3. Payment Terms

Title and Risk: Risk of loss for and title to the products passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with the carrier for damaged or lost shipments.
5. Returns and Warranty
Warranty: We provide a guarantee on our products as specified on the invoice or product documentation. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
Returns: Returns are subject to prior authorization. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within a specified period (e.g., 14 days) from the delivery date. A restocking fee may apply. Custom-ordered or special parts are non-returnable.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roya Heavy Equipment Spare Parts Trading Company LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or revenue, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total price of the products you purchased from us.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Ajman. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ajman, UAE.
